Son La workers quickly enter the working rhythm after Tet

Right from the morning of the 6th day of Tet, at Mai Son Industrial Park and many companies and factories in the province, the working atmosphere was bustling.

Mr. Tran Ha Kien, Factory Director, said that right on the first day of the year, the rate of workers returning to work reached 100%. Processing capacity reached about 70-80% of the plan. "The spirit of brothers is very good, a favorable early spring is a positive sign for the whole crop year," he said.

Mr. Nong Van Hung, a drying operation worker, shared that after the Tet holiday, he returned to work with a comfortable attitude. "After Tet, there is work immediately, stable income, we are assured. Everyone hopes for stable production in the new year to have better income," he said.

At the Son La BHL cassava starch factory, the newly invested production line has resumed operation. Real-world records show that the finished product warehouse area is neatly arranged, ready for the first batches of goods of the year.

Ms. Chu Thi Kim Oanh, Director of Son La BHL Food Raw Material Processing Joint Stock Company, said that the enterprise had export orders right from the beginning of the first quarter.

“The fact that workers return to work fully helps us ensure progress, especially for deep-processed products with high technical requirements,” she emphasized.

Mr. Ca Van Dong, from the machine operation department, said that after many years of working at the factory, he has noticed that the working environment is increasingly improving.

At the beginning of the year, being given lucky money and encouraged by the company, the brothers are very excited. Having a stable job is the most important thing," he said.

In Yen Chau district, Yen Chau Shoe Factory also quickly stabilized production. The sewing lines were lit up, workers sat filling their desks. Production line team leaders disseminated the process, reminded about the progress of each order, the working atmosphere was focused but still cheerful.

Ms. Ha Thuy Linh, a factory worker, shared: "After Tet, returning to work fully, everyone asks each other and then starts working immediately. There are many orders at the beginning of the year, so we try to complete well.

Mr. Pham Quang Thang, Director of the company, said that the enterprise has prepared raw and auxiliary materials and production plans from before Tet. The company has over 470 employees, 100% of employees return to work on the first day of the new year. In 2026, the company will continue to expand recruitment, increase orders, and create more jobs for local workers.

The rhythmic return of workers and laborers at factories right after the Tet holiday shows confidence in the stability of businesses.
