Safety autonomy training, assessment, assessment of unsafe risks
The workshops of Mao Khe Coal Company simultaneously trained on self- mustard safety, assessment and assessment of safety risks in production areas in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The workshops of the Exploitation, Dredging, Transportation and production units of the Company organize training on the above content for workers.
During the training session, based on assigned tasks and specific characteristics and conditions of the unit, the situation of labor incidents and accidents in the Company and the Group was updated. Thereby adding new risks and exclusion measures to the training plan.
In the view of not missing out on the identified risks for each job position and each stage of work, officers and workers of the units discussed and collected opinions to review and supplement additional risks, elimination solutions, constant risks; habits, carelessness that easily lead to accidents, and preventive measures.
In the training session, the units also launched an emulation campaign, striving with the Company to complete the goals in the fourth quarter, including exploiting 633,000 tons of raw coal, digging 6,680 meters of tunnel, on the basis of ensuring safety, preventing serious type I incidents and work accidents and minimizing the situation of unemployment of underground mining workers. The launch period is from October 1 to December 31, 2025.
On this occasion, the Company has developed an incentive level and rewarded the contributions of collectives and individuals throughout the launch according to specific criteria.
