Two cases of receiving civil servants do not have to go through the inspection and examination process

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 13 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP amended by Clause 7, Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP, it is stipulated that:

Accept as a civil servant

4. Failure to comply with the procedures in Clause 2 of this Article in the following cases:

a) Receive the cases specified in Clause 1 of this Article to appoint management officials. The appointment decision is also the decision to accept him as a civil servant.

b) Receive the cases specified in Point c, Point d and Point d, Clause 1 of this Article.

Clause 2, Article 13 stipulates the process of considering and accepting civil servants.

Thus, there are 2 cases of receiving civil servants without having to go through the inspection and examination process, including:

- Receive cases specified in Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP (amended by Clause 7, Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP) to appoint management staff. The appointment decision is also the decision to accept him as a civil servant.

- Receive the cases specified in Point c, Point d and Point d, Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP (amended by Clause 7, Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP).
