Hanoi investigates wages and labor at 700 enterprises
The Hanoi Department of Home Affairs has just issued an official dispatch on a thematic investigation on production and business, labor, wages in enterprises and workers' lives in 2025.
The Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs assigned the Head of the Department of Labor, Wages and Enterprises to preside over and coordinate with the Hanoi Employment Service Center to organize and implement the investigation.
Accordingly, a review and list of investigative enterprises in the city was conducted under the direction of the Ministry of Home Affairs, at the same time, a list of investigators was compiled, investigation forms were printed, and a consultation on organizing training to record investigation forms for the investigation team. The Head of the Department of Labor, Wages and Enterprises must also urge, supervise, accept and hand over the investigation documents to the Ministry of Home Affairs on time.
The Department of Home Affairs assigned the Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center to select and assign investigators who are responsible and have experience in sociological investigation.
The Center will compile and send a list of investigators (identities including: full name, year of birth, citizen identification number, bank account, agency where they are currently working (if any), phone number, email address) to the Department of Home Affairs (through the Department of Labor, Salary and Enterprise before September 16 to promptly send to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The Department of Home Affairs requires the implementation of an investigation at 700 enterprises (each enterprise investigates 1 enterprise phieu and 2 employee phieu) according to the plan approved in Decision No. 947/QD-BNV dated August 28, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The implementation of the handover of the survey form to the Department of Home Affairs is in 3 phases: Phase 1: September 30, 2025, handover of 200 sets of documents; phase 2: October 15, 2025, handover of 300 sets of documents; phase 3: October 30, 2025, handover of 200 sets of documents.
