Dien Bien spends 5.3 billion VND for 383 civil servants, contracts increase
Dien Bien - The Provincial People's Committee added 5.3 billion VND to implement the payment of additional regimes and policies for hundreds of civil servants and workers.
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province has just issued Decision No. 3002 on supplementing the 2025 budget estimate for units implementing payment of regimes and policies for civil servants, and additional contracts of the General Service Center.
According to the decision, the total additional cost is 5.3 billion VND. From the 2025 recovery fund of provincial agencies and units and the recovery fund from 5 regional agricultural service centers (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment).
This budget is allocated to pay benefits to 383 civil servants, additional contracts of the General Service Center in 45 communes/wards in 2025. The allocation level is based on the number of additional personnel and the specific tasks of each locality.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Finance to balance the above funding sources and provide additional funding to agencies and units.
At the same time, heads of beneficiary agencies and units are responsible for managing, using and settling funding sources in accordance with the goals and tasks of expenditure according to the provisions of law.
