Lao Cai Trade Union promotes new points of the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law
Lao Cai - Propagating the Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law helps ensure the rights of employees.
On May 20, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor held a conference to disseminate the 2024 Trade Union Law and the 2024 Social Insurance Law to 200 cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers.
The Trade Union Law and the Social Insurance Law were passed in 2024, effective from July 1, 2025.
The amendment and supplementation of the provisions in these two laws not only helps strengthen the role of the Trade Union organization but also contributes to ensuring the rights of workers, improving the quality of life and social security.
At the Conference, delegates were informed of new points that directly affect the rights and responsibilities of workers as well as trade union activities in the new situation of the Trade Union Law 2024 and the Social Insurance Law 2024.
With the knowledge gained, the delegates have better understood the core contents and new points of these two important laws, and at the same time, identified key tasks in the implementation and implementation work at the unit.
Thereby, each grassroots union cadre continues to accompany the professional government and workers to ensure that the progressive regulations of these two laws will be put into practice, bringing practical benefits to union members and workers.
