Details of 2 forms of emulation organization of militia and self-defense forces
The militia and self-defense forces have two forms of emulation, specifically guided in Circular No. 93/2024/TT-BQP.
Article 5 of Circular No. 93/2024/TT-BQP stipulates the emulation form of militia and self-defense forces as follows:
Implement according to the provisions of Article 16 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation and the following regulations:
1. Regular competition
Based on the assigned functions and tasks of individuals and groups to organize the launch and implementation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual work of the militia and self-defense unit.
Organizing emulation movements regularly must clearly define specific requirements, goals, contents, and targets. At the end of the working year, the commanders of agencies, organizations, and militia units will conduct a summary and evaluate the emulation title.
2. thematic emulation
It is a form of emulation to effectively carry out key tasks or a field that needs to be focused on, such as combat readiness, fighting, combat service, crime prevention and control, prevention, control, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, incidents, epidemics, fires, explosions, search, rescue, and is determined within a certain period of time to strive to complete the key and urgent tasks of the militia, organization, and unit.
