According to Article 16 of Decree 283/2026/ND-CP, employers who violate regulations on probation may be administratively sanctioned with a fine of up to 5 million VND.

Failure to sign a written labor contract with a worker, fined up to 150 million VND
Keeping the original worker's identity card when concluding a labor contract, fined up to 50 million VND
