Digital transformation to improve the quality of trade union activities
Binh Phuoc - On April 25, Binh Phuoc Labor Federation organized a training conference to improve knowledge and skills to serve the digital transformation work in 2025.
The program aims to contribute to popularizing digital skills, creating strong changes in awareness and action of trade union officials, participating in the province's digital transformation process; improving the quality of trade union activities in the digital era.
The program was attended by 57 officials who are Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level, civil servants of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Federation of Labor.
At the program, the reporter of the Center for Science, Technology and Digital Transformation - Department of Science and Technology of Binh Phuoc province provided knowledge, equipped with skills to use shared applications, download and install, and use the Binh Phuoc Today application; log in, submit and process documents on the national public service portal, digitize documents on public services...
Mr. Do Thanh Lai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor said that the training conference is a fundamental solution to achieve the goal of 100% of provincial union officials being trained in digital transformation by the end of 2025; 100% of unions at the grassroots level directly using paperless meeting rooms, leading, operating activities, and issuing documents on cyberspace.
The Binh Phuoc Provincial Federation of Labor said that in recent times, the Binh Phuoc Trade Union has effectively used 2 electronic office software to receive and process documents. The electronic office software system is branched to all trade union units in the province.
The Provincial Federation of Labor and the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level shall sign the document. The leader assigned work to staff and specialists using electronic software, without using paper copies.
Implementing the Digital Transformation Program, the Binh Phuoc Provincial Federation of Labor has promoted propaganda work; invested in infrastructure and human resources; applied in developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, managing union members, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, workers, and union finance.
