Quang Ninh - The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has just issued a decision on assigning targets for completing social housing in the period of 2025 - 2030
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over the implementation of socio-economic targets on the completion of social housing in the period of 2025 - 2030.
The total number of social housing apartments in Quang Ninh in the 2025 - 2030 period that must be completed is 17,588 apartments. Of which, 2,201 apartments in 2025, 2,770 apartments in 2026, 2,924 apartments in 2027, 3,077 apartments in 2028, 3,231 apartments in 2029 and 3,385 apartments in 2030.
The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province also assigned the Department of Construction to continue to advise on the effective implementation of the Housing Development Plan in the province according to the decisions of the Provincial People's Committee for the period 2021-2025 approved and the following stages to ensure the completion of the social housing target for the period 2025 - 2030; proactively review, evaluate and propose adjustments and supplements to the housing development plan to ensure the social housing completion target for the period 2025.
Regularly monitor and urge the progress of social housing projects that have been started for completion, acceptance, and use soon. Speed up the implementation of investment, construction, land procedures... to start social housing projects that meet the conditions according to the provisions of law.
Urge investors of projects that have been approved for investment policies to conduct the establishment and appraisal of basic designs, technical designs, construction permits, etc. to soon start construction.
Coordinate with relevant agencies to review and supplement relevant planning to ensure sufficient land funds for social housing development and in locations with convenient transportation, associated with industrial centers, ensuring synchronization of technical infrastructure and essential social infrastructure.
