Starting construction of an apartment complex serving workers in Dong Nai, with a scale of 75 apartments

On August 19, Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company started construction of block CC4 of the Apartment Complex serving workers under the Social Housing Development Project at Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center, Hamlet 4, Trang Bom Commune, Dong Nai Province.

The project has a scale of 75 apartments with an area of 45-63m2/apartment.

The construction period is expected to be 330 days, completed in July 2026. The project targets workers, laborers, and people with social housing needs.

The social housing development project at Bau Xeo Industrial Park Service Center, Hamlet 4, Trang Bom Commune, Dong Nai Province has an area of 20,450 m2, with 624 apartments, including 6 blocks of 5-6-storey apartment buildings, community activity houses, auxiliary works (car house, underground water tank) and technical infrastructure.

Up to now, the investor has completed the CC6 and CC5 blocks to put into use and started construction of the CC4 block today (19.8), and is continuing to implement the construction and subsequent blocks.

From September 10, Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company will receive documents to buy social housing for 205 completed apartments.

Apartments with an area of around 31,70 m2, the selling price is estimated at 4-11.4 million VND/m2 (depending on the floor), equivalent to 133-888 million VND/apartment.
