Workers harmonize with the Vietnam Trade Union Congress from industrial parks in Lam Dong

On the morning of June 4, Mr. Tran Duy Thanh - Chairman of Ham Kiem Commune Trade Union (Lam Dong province) - said that many grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) in the area have organized for union members and workers to watch the opening ceremony of the XIV Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.

Ham Kiem commune currently has 2 industrial parks, Ham Kiem 1 and Ham Kiem 2, concentrating a large number of workers. This is also an area with many FDI enterprises with a large number of trade union members.

To give workers the opportunity to follow important political events of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization, many grassroots trade unions have proactively developed plans and arranged working hours appropriately.

Businesses arrange union members in groups and time slots to both ensure production activities and create conditions for workers to watch the congress directly.

At Right Rich International Co., Ltd. in Ham Kiem 2 Industrial Park, one of the grassroots trade unions with the largest number of union members in Lam Dong province with more than 3,260 union members, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union arranged a meeting room, equipped a large screen and organized for many union members and workers to watch the live broadcast of the opening ceremony.

According to a representative of the Grassroots Trade Union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd., the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress is a particularly meaningful event for union members and workers. Therefore, the enterprise trade union wishes to create conditions for workers to update on the orientations, goals and tasks of the trade union organization in the new term.

According to records, many union members attentively watched the contents of the congress. Images and sounds were clearly transmitted on a large screen, helping workers easily access information and feel the atmosphere of the event.

Union member Thong Thi Kim Huan (Trade Union of Right Rich International Co., Ltd.) said that being arranged by the Trade Union to directly monitor the congress helps union members better understand the activities of the trade union organization.

According to Ms. Huan, in the past time, the trade union has had many practical activities to care for the lives of workers, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of union members. She expects that in the new term there will be more effective solutions to protect the legitimate rights and interests and improve the welfare of workers.

Not only at Right Rich International Co., Ltd., the grassroots trade union of Zenpix Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the grassroots trade union of Thanh Vuong Footwear Materials Co., Ltd. also organized for union members and workers to watch the opening ceremony of the congress.

The simultaneous deployment of this activity by many grassroots trade unions has created a vibrant atmosphere, helping workers integrate into the important political event of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
