Honoring outstanding union members and employees with outstanding achievements

Foxconn Industrial Internet (Fii) (Bac Ninh province) has just held the Fii Solidarity Congress 2026 with the theme "Reaching for the Future".

Attending and congratulating were Mr. Pham Van Thinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. Attending were Mr. Thach Van Chung - Provincial Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.

The Fii Solidarity Congress is an annual activity organized by the company in coordination with the Fulian grassroots trade union, Fuyu grassroots trade union, and Hong Hai Science and Technology Group Trade Union for union members and employees. The content of the congress program is mainly to organize folk games, minigames, culinary cultural areas, indoor and outdoor music performances, and organize lucky draws with more than 4,500 attractive gifts such as motorbikes, electric vehicles, watches, rice cookers, fryers, helmets... In addition, it also honors outstanding union members and employees with outstanding achievements in labor in 2025 and honors union members and employees with 15 years of seniority.

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh congratulated Fii's achievements in the past time, affirming that the presence and development of Fii not only contributes to increasing the value of the province's industrial production, but also creates motivation and inspiration for training high-quality human resources, promoting the technology ecosystem and improving the competitiveness of Bac Ninh province.

In the next development phase, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh requested the Fii leadership to continue to maintain strategic innovation, strengthen investment, develop technology solutions suitable to global trends, expand cooperation with local businesses to increase the localization rate, and improve the capacity of the domestic supply chain.

Bac Ninh province is committed to always accompanying Fii, continuing to improve the business investment environment towards transparency, convenience, modernity, supporting human resource development, promoting digital transformation, developing the ecosystem, creating all necessary conditions for Fii to expand production, upgrade technology and develop sustainably.

Mr. Trinh Hong Manh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fii, thanked the concern, support, and companionship of provincial leaders at all levels and functional agencies of Bac Ninh; expressed gratitude for the dedication, persistence and efforts of each official and employee contributing to the development achievements of the Company in the 15-year journey in Vietnam.

Stepping into 2026, Fii will continue to promote investment in Vietnam, promote digital transformation, smart manufacturing, focus on training talents, improving production capacity and building green, smart factories with international competitiveness.

At the program, provincial leaders and Foxconn Industrial Internet Company performed the launching ceremony of 2026 with the theme "Reaching for the future" sending aspirations for a year of solidarity, side by side and moving forward together. On this occasion, Foxconn Industrial Internet Company awarded Medals of Gratitude to 50 workers who have made many contributions to the Company in their 15-year journey in Vietnam; honored and awarded Medals to 50 outstanding workers in 2025.
