Cua Ong coal team launches 90 days and nights competition, striving for growth of over 8% in 2025

In the first 9 months of 2025, the work of building and rectifying the Party in the Party Committee of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company continued to be strengthened.

The company has been flexible in operation, closely following production and business practices; reasonably arranging equipment and balancing labor to improve productivity, maximize capacity, and ensure the completion of set targets.

Emulation movements are being vigorously implemented, creating an exciting atmosphere among all cadres and workers. As a result, in the first 9 months of the year, the Company consumed more than 9.1 million tons of coal, achieving good progress compared to the plan of 12.8 million tons of coal for the whole year.

Based on the assessment of advantages and difficulties in the last months of the year, the Company launched a peak competition period of 90 days and nights of sprinting in the fourth quarter of 2025, striving to consume an additional 2.4 million tons of coal, fully completing the year's target.

Launching emulation in the last months of the year, Mr. Do Van Tang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company - called on all officers and employees to promote the spirit of "discipline and Unity", solidarity, and efforts to compete for 90 days and nights to successfully complete the tasks of the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2025, striving to achieve the common goal of "Safety - Solidarity - Development - Efficiency", growth of 8% or more.

The company determined that in the fourth quarter, it will promote propaganda, maintain stable ideology for employees, especially in the context of restructuring, reorganizing, and rearranging employees; ensuring safe, efficient production, stable jobs and income for employees.

Within the framework of the conference to review the leadership work to implement tasks in the third quarter, 9 months and deploy tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025. Cua Ong Coal Selection Company held a ceremony to award the Badge of 40 years and 30 years of the Party to Party members in the Party Committee; reviewed the tradition of 95 years of the establishment of the Party Building Committees, 77 years of the tradition of the Party Inspection sector, 95 years of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union.

Summarize the implementation of the joint plan between the Director and the Company's Trade Union on coordinating inspection and supervision of occupational safety and hygiene in the second and third quarters of 2025; summarize the participation in the 13th Group-level Safety and Hygiene Competition in 2025.

On this occasion, many outstanding cadres and workers were awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization", the Certificate of Creative Labor of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the title of "Creative Miner" and the Certificate of Merit of the Company Director.

The Company's Trade Union organized the admission of 12 new union members.
