Honoring outstanding grassroots union chairmen in dialogues and negotiations
The Vietnam Health Trade Union requested that grassroots trade unions of enterprises propose excellent grassroots trade union presidents in dialogue and negotiation to commend.
The Vietnam Health Trade Union has just sent a document to the grassroots trade unions of the enterprise sector to commend outstanding grassroots trade union chairmen in dialogue and collective bargaining.
Implementing Plan No. 55/KH-TLD dated December 24, 2025 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing the organization of commendation of outstanding grassroots trade union chairmen in dialogue and collective bargaining to recognize and introduce to a large number of cadres, union members, workers and society typical examples in grassroots trade union activities.
The Vietnam Health Trade Union was allocated 1 certificate of merit. Based on the general standards and requirements in Plan No. 55/KH-TLD of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Health Trade Union recommends that the grassroots trade unions of the enterprise sector study and propose exemplary grassroots trade union presidents in dialogue and collective bargaining and sign collective labor agreements for consideration and selection to send to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Sending the application for consideration of commendation before February 14, 2026, if the above deadline is exceeded, the unit will not send it back as if it is not a commendation request.
If there are any problems in the implementation process, the unit will inform the Vietnam Health Trade Union for timely resolution.
