Summary and award ceremony of the contest "Union in My Heart"

The closing and award ceremony was held on the afternoon of December 30. This is an activity to successfully celebrate the 1st Congress of the Au Lau Ward and Lao Cai Provincial Trade Unions, term 20252030, towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The contest was widely launched to 100% of affiliated grassroots unions, attracting a large number of cadres, union members, and workers to participate.

Many works have been invested in carefully, vividly reflecting the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; at the same time, demonstrating the attachment and trust of workers in the Trade Union organization.

Through posting and voting on social networks, the entries created a positive spread with more than 5,000 interactions, contributing to enhancing the image and position of the Trade Union organization in social life.

Many grassroots trade unions actively and typically participated, such as the grassroots trade union of Yen Bai Vocational College, Chien Thang Yen Bai One Member Co., Ltd., Tuyet Nga Trading Co., Ltd., Thuy Ngan Trading Co., Ltd., Toyota Hoa Binh Minh Yen Bai One Member Co., Ltd., Hoa Sen Yen Bai Construction Materials One Member Co., Ltd.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes, 5 Encouragement Prizes and 3 voting prizes to outstanding authors and works, with a total prize fund of 5.9 million VND, accompanied by certificates.

The contest "Union in My Heart" is not only a meaningful playground for union members and workers but also contributes to affirming the role and position of the grassroots union organization; thereby creating motivation for the Au Lau Ward Union to continue to innovate the content and methods of propaganda, improving the effectiveness of activities in the coming time.
