Organizing the contest to thank the "teachers" in the labor force
HCMC - Workers who are the authors of meaningful and emotional thanks to their "teachers" at work will receive encouraging gifts from the Organizing Committee.
On November 23, the Trade Union of Etop Vietnam Co., Ltd. (My Xuan B1 Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the enterprise is organizing a contest to send wishes and thanks to "teachers" in the union and workers.
According to the Organizing Committee, the "teacher" at work is not only a superior or team leader, but sometimes simply a colleague who has patiently instructed and supported him to overcome the most difficult and difficult days. On this occasion, workers should take a little time to thank those who have taught them valuable things; accompany them on their work journey.
Union members and workers can express their gratitude to their "teacher" through one of the following forms (or a combination): recording (song, poem, story...), with an explanation of about 2 minutes; writing a thank you letter with less than 300 words; taking a photo of the "teacher" or a moment of support with an explanation; image of a small gift sent to the "teacher" with an explanation.
The explanatory content should show the theme of the garment industry and thank you to the teachers of union members and workers. The contest submission will be sent to the grassroots union until December 3, with full name, card code, and participation form.
Contests with meaningful and emotional content will be selected by the Organizing Committee and posted on fanpages and internal channels; the author will receive encouraged rewards. Workers do not take the exam in the workshop, during working hours, affecting production.
According to the Organizing Committee, through the contest, it is aimed at spreading the most sincere thanks - to the "teacher" among union members and workers, on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day 2025.
