Implement well 5 key contents in the patriotic emulation movement

First, strongly promote the spirit of patriotism, self-reliance, self-strengthening and the desire to contribute of each union member and employee; enthusiastically compete to excellently complete all assigned tasks, considering creative workers, innovation and digital transformation as the motto of action of the new era.

Second, closely link emulation movements with the implementation of Resolutions of Party Congresses and Trade Union Congresses at all levels; emulation must go hand in hand with efficiency and practicality, creating a clear change in productivity, quality, work efficiency and sustainable development of enterprises, agencies and units.

Third, strongly innovate the content, form and method of organizing emulation; orient the movement towards the grassroots and workers; consider practical effectiveness as the center, specific changes as the measure, the spread and replication of the model as the evaluation criterion.

Fourth, proactively study, improve qualifications and professional skills, adapt to the requirements of the digital transformation and industrialization and modernization period; each union member and employee will strive to constantly master the application of science and technology, contributing to promoting innovation, improving labor productivity and affirming the pioneering role of the Vietnamese working class in the new era.

Fifth, promote the sense of responsibility, set an example for the team of union officials and leaders; actively discover, honor, and replicate typical advanced examples, good models, creative ways of doing things, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, spreading widely in the union system and the whole society.
