Nearly 100 cadres mobilized for the final phase of the 110kV Tran De - Soc Trang project

On the afternoon of December 28, the Trade Union of Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC Trade Union) chaired a signing ceremony of a commitment to compete - reward, launch a sprint peak, determined to complete the project "Tran De 110kV Power Line - Soc Trang 220kV Transformer Station" on schedule, with quality, and absolutely safe.

The ceremony was attended by the grassroots trade unions of Can Tho City Power Companies, Dong Thap, An Giang and related units.

In response to urgent progress requirements, the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) issued Decision No. 3665 to mobilize nearly 100 officers, engineers and workers from different units to support the project. This is the force that directly participated in the construction of the 500kV super high-voltage line 3 Quang Trach - Pho Noi in 2023, with extensive practical experience, strong skills, strict discipline, and readiness to work in difficult conditions and high pressure.

Currently, the project is entering the final stage, in the context of complicated weather and terrain, intertwined with progress requirements. The emulation movement was launched to encourage units to organize continuous construction, take advantage of every hour and every day, determined to "overcome the sun, overcome the rain, and stick to the construction site", ensuring labor safety and technical quality at the highest level.

According to the emulation commitment, the units agreed to focus on strictly implementing the key criteria: not to let work accidents occur; construction continuously, on schedule and ahead of schedule; environmental sanitation; civilized behavior, not affecting people's lives. The goal is to complete the entire workload before December 31, 2025.

To deepen the emulation movement, EVNSPC Trade Union has implemented a timely and clear reward mechanism, closely linked to the implementation results. Accordingly, units that complete their tasks excellently will be rewarded from 2030 million VND/unit, along with certificates of merit and awards for outstanding individuals. The grassroots trade unions of Can Tho, Dong Thap, and An Giang Power Companies have also proactively developed on-site reward plans, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere right at the construction site.

Representative of EVNSPC Trade Union, Mr. Pham Nguyen Minh Chau - Vice Chairman of EVNSPC Trade Union - directly visited, encouraged and presented gifts to the forces that are working day and night at the construction site. Timely encouragement is a spiritual support, adding motivation for workers to work with peace of mind, maintaining a safe and effective construction pace.
