Garment workers in Quang Tri are determined to overcome difficulties and improve their lives

On the morning of January 2, Ha Quang Garment Factory (under Garment Corporation 10) in Quang Tri held a ceremony to summarize activities in 2025 and launch emulation in 2026.

In 2025, despite many difficulties and challenges, with the tradition of solidarity and creativity under the direction of Garment Corporation 10, the staff of Ha Quang Garment Enterprise have made efforts to overcome difficulties, proactively adapt to innovate thinking, awareness and production organization methods to complete the basic targets assigned by the Corporation.

Mr. Vo Xuan Trung - Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Enterprise said that the revenue in 2025 will reach more than 6.6 million USD. The average salary and income of workers is 8.8 million VND/person/month.

The enterprise has also fully fulfilled its budget obligations to the State, fully paid wages and policies to employees. Party organizations and unions recognized by superiors for their good performance.

In 2026, it is forecasted to continue to face many potential risks when the world economy recovers slowly, small orders are delivered quickly, prices are low, along with strict requirements on quality, greening, and traceability. Although with high political determination and strong aspiration, Ha Quang Garment Enterprise strives to successfully complete the set goals.

At the launching ceremony, representatives of the Ha Quang Garment Enterprise's leadership honored the 5 workers with the highest incomes in 2025 and awarded 3 collectives with the highest emulation scores in 2025. The teams have also signed an emulation agreement in 2026.
