Petrovietnam Trade Union awards special prizes to individuals and groups

Accordingly, Petrovietnam Trade Union has awarded 66 million VND in special bonuses to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in participating in the construction of the Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant Project.

To compete in the Long Phu 1 Thermal Power Plant Project in depth, closely linked to construction practice, Petrovietnam Trade Union has chosen the emulation theme "Innovation in thinking, creative action, fast speed, ensuring safety, achieving high efficiency".

In that spirit, Petrovietnam Trade Union and Long Phu 1 Project Management Board will build 8 specific emulation progress milestones, identified as important destinations in each stage. Each milestone is both a commitment to responsibility and a motivation to arouse the spirit of creative competition, overcoming difficulties, daring to think, daring to do of the collective of cadres, engineers, and workers on the construction site.

The emulation content closely follows each stage and each construction item, promoting the spirit of "Solidarity - Creativity - fast speed - High efficiency". From the main construction site to each department, the competitive atmosphere spreads strongly, urging each collective and individual to act together for the common goal.

Each cadre, engineer and worker is encouraged to promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, daring to think, daring to do; constantly improving techniques, rationalizing processes, improving labor productivity, considering progress and quality of the project as an honor and pride of Petrovietnam workers.

Petrovietnam Trade Union, Long Phu 1 Project Management Board and contractors pay special attention to safety, environment, and taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers.
