Recognizing 119 collectives and individuals in the Good Labor and Creative Labor movements
Dong Thap - Provincial Federation of Labor commended 119 outstanding collectives and individuals in the emulation movement for Good Workers and Creative Workers in the period of 2020-2025.
On the morning of May 27, at Dong Thap Labor Culture House, Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor held a Conference to summarize 5 years of implementing the emulation movement for Good Workers and Creative Workers for the period 2020-2025.
Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee and more than 200 delegates and guests attended.
In the past 5 years, despite being affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the production and business situation of many enterprises has encountered difficulties due to the situation of cutting orders of partners, raw material prices, and increased costs, affecting the employment, income, and life of a part of union members, workers, and laborers, especially at enterprises.
However, with the spirit of determination to successfully implement Directive No. 34- CT/TW dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo on "Continuing to innovate emulation and reward work"; Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated July 16, 2021 of the Prime Minister on "Promoting emulation to successfully implement the task of annual socio-economic development and the 5-year Plan (2021-2025), especially the deep understanding of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation and the campaign "Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor has constantly innovated the content and methods of operation.
Thereby, many forms of launching employees to respond to patriotic emulation movements associated with the functions and tasks of each unit and enterprise have been strongly aroused in the spirit of patriotic emulation, creativity, overcoming difficulties, promoting production and business to ensure efficiency, completing professional tasks well... creating a widespread emulation movement to promote initiatives, improve techniques, improve productivity and quality to bring efficiency.
Over 5 years of implementation, Trade Unions and employees at all levels have registered to implement 764 projects, models, and practical jobs; 35,627 effective topics and initiatives with a total value of tens of billions of VND. The topics and initiatives are applied in practice, contributing to improving labor productivity, product quality as well as improving working conditions, innovating management in various fields, focusing on fields such as: production, business; education; health; management, administration...
On this occasion, the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor also commended 119 collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for Good Workers and Creative Workers.
