List of areas applying special allowances of 50% for cadres and civil servants
The list of areas applying the current 50% special allowance is specified in the Appendix issued together with Circular 24/2025/TT-BNV.
List of areas applying special allowance of 50% as follows:
Special allowances have 3 levels of enjoyment. In addition to the special allowance level of 50%, there are also levels of 30% and 100%.
Special allowances are calculated as a percentage of the current salary level plus leadership position allowance and seniority allowance beyond the frame (if any) or military rank allowance currently enjoyed for non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the armed forces.
