People support the proposal to check VNeID when suspecting cigarette buyers are under 18 years old

In order to prevent people under 18 years old from buying cigarettes, the Ministry of Health proposes that sellers check citizen identification cards with chips or VNeID when suspecting that the buyer is underage.
