Honoring typical enterprises for workers
Hanoi The ceremony to honor 10 typical enterprises for workers organized by the Hanoi City Labor Federation is scheduled to take place on October 2.
The subjects selected are enterprises that are producing and trading in economic sectors and have been operating in the city for 5 consecutive years or more.
These enterprises need to ensure a number of conditions and criteria (assessment results from 2020 - 2024) such as: Enterprises with grassroots trade unions under the management of the City Labor Federation, operating effectively, classified as having completed their tasks well or better annually; The grassroots trade union and the enterprise have negotiated and signed a Collective Labor Agreement classified as having quality from B or higher (still in effect). The enterprise regularly employs 300 or more employees. Implement well the policies, tax and financial obligations to the State according to regulations...
This activity aims to honor businesses that have cared for and looked after the material and spiritual life and welfare of workers. Thereby creating a spread to enterprises, all levels, all sectors and the Trade Union organization to better care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations...
This is also an activity on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day, October 13.
