JSC Kim Tower focuses on taking care of the spiritual life of workers

The 2024 "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" ranking has unanimously selected 67 outstanding enterprises with many contributions to improving the working environment, caring for the lives, and enhancing welfare for workers. Thap Kim Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Thap Kim JSC) is honored to be one of 10 Enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City and is on the list of 67 enterprises nationwide to be honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" in 2024.

Thap Kim Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company was established on February 5, 2007. The company operates mainly in the fields of: Manufacturing - Installing steel structure mechanical products; Installing machinery for works: Industry, Transportation, Hydropower, Irrigation, Construction and Civil; Trading in electric cables and industrial and civil electrical equipment.

After nearly 17 years since its first operation, Kim Tower JSC has been making continuous efforts, developing and becoming one of the strong enterprises in Vietnam in the fields of: Manufacturing - Installing Steel Mechanical; Installing equipment (Infrastructure - Electricity - Technology pipeline system) for Industrial, Transportation, Hydropower, Irrigation, Oil and Gas works; Construction and Civil. All Kim Tower projects have been implemented with high technical requirements, strict quality standards on a scale from small to large.

To achieve the success it has today, Kim Tower JSC has continuously invested in many modern equipment, improved production lines, maintained and developed a team of leaders and senior managers with many years of experience, especially a team of engineers and workers who are truly capable, dynamic and dedicated.

In order to promote the strength of solidarity, motivate employees to continuously learn, and promote creativity, the leaders of Kim Tower JSC always focus on taking care of the spiritual life of employees; launching physical education and sports movements, participating in community activities.

In addition to being honored as one of 67 enterprises nationwide to be honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" in 2024, in May, the Binh Thanh District Labor Federation also awarded a certificate of merit to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tien - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thap Kim Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company for his achievements: Business owners take good care of workers in the "Accompanying with Enterprises" program in 2024.

This is also an activity demonstrating the respect of the Binh Thanh District Labor Federation for enterprises that have well implemented policies and regimes for employees.
