Regulations on the Social Insurance Program "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" 2024

I. Subject:

All businesses registered to do business in Vietnam, with an operation period of 5 years or more, meeting the following factors can register to participate in the program:

III. How to register to participate:

3.2. Enterprises submit the above documents to the Program Organizing Committee:

IV. Selection criteria

4.1. The "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" ranking is evaluated based on a set of strict criteria developed by labor experts and trade unions. It ensures a close look at the actual situation of use and treatment of employees of the enterprise in terms of income, training, working environment, social welfare and physical and mental training activities of employees.

The set of criteria consists of 2 parts.

* Part A: Conditions for "need" enterprises to be considered and rated: (1) Income of employees increased; (2) no debt/slow salary; (3) no tax debt, (4) no social insurance debt, (5) Having a Trade Union organization, (6) No strike.

* Part B: "Safety" conditions include 9 major targets, divided into many small criteria, with a benchmark score of 100 points; Special attention is paid to the implementation of labor contents of enterprises including: Salary, bonus, benefits, working hours, rest time; social insurance regime; occupational safety and hygiene; Dialogue, negotiation and collective labor agreements; Training and development of labor capacity...

4.2. V. Selection process: Method work cycle

1. Pre-sort:

* Enterprises that do not meet one of the above criteria will be eliminated

2. Quotation for consideration of detailed factors of enterprises:

- Divide into 4 scoring groups, organize cross-catching for all entries in round 2. Each group of 2 people in 2 different organizations. Each file must have 2 independent grade groups.

- The Social Insurance Secretary synthesizes the final results; Select the enterprises with the highest scores in round 3

3. The health workers of enterprises that have entered the third round are sent to collect opinions from relevant State management agencies, trade unions and the media. (Each enterprise is given independent opinions by the units):

- System of Local Labor Federations and Industry Trade Unions

VI. Rights and responsibilities of enterprises participating in the program

- Enterprises that are ranked annually receive the Medal of the Program and the Certificate of Rating from the Organizing Committee.

- 30 outstanding enterprises in the Ranking in each field will be awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

- Enterprises that have been ranked for many consecutive years, or have outstanding and outstanding achievements, have the opportunity to be awarded the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award.

VII. Other regulations

The Organizing Committee does not accept applications sent later than prescribed. The documents provided to the Organizing Committee will not be refunded.

The Organizing Committee will revoke the certificate of merit/reward/medal commemorative award for cases of dishonest discovery or copyright infringement.

In cases where a petition/complaint is sent to the Organizing Committee before the Honoring Ceremony, the enterprise can reserve the voting results until the petition/complaint is resolved.
