In early February 2024, when working at the Rice Processing Factory located in An Ninh Hamlet, Dinh An Commune, Lap Vo District, Dong Thap Province, under Intimex Group Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Danh, the factory's product quality control employee, felt worried because he did not know where to rent a house to go to work.

Therefore, in most factories and units under the company, accommodation areas are built for employees, only in places where, for objective reasons, accommodation cannot be built, the company will rent all the accommodation to employees and pay the costs directly to the homeowner.
Mr. Nam also said that the company's principle is to ensure balance and reasonableness between the income of employees, the enterprise must have a profit to pay taxes, divide dividends to shareholders and reinvest. Therefore, in addition to receiving a monthly salary with an average of over 17-18 million VND/person/month, at Intimex Group Joint Stock Company, employees also receive an additional 6 months' bonus each year.
