According to Mr. Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the VGCL, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Labor Federation - In recent years, from the emulation movement "Creative labor" launched by VGCL in 1996, the Hanoi Labor Federation has implemented specifically by the movement to achieve the title of "Initiative and Creative Capital Capital Capital".

In 2024, 95,523 initiatives were recognized at the grassroots level, 2,086 recognized initiatives at the upper level. Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong highly appreciated the achievements of the City Labor Federation, businesses and commended officials and employees.
