Over the past decade, the program has become a reliable source of evidence for businesses, not only in contributing to the development and progress of the socio-economy and people, but also a " Certificate" confirming businesses as one of the places that provide the best workplaces for employees. In 2024, through many rounds of admission and examination, the program selected 67 enterprises to honor.

As a company under the Vietnam Trade Union system, in its activities, Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company always focuses on implementing all aspects of occupational safety and hygiene (OSH); always paying attention to taking care of the spiritual life of employees. Mr. Ngo Dai Dong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Trade Union Printing Joint Stock Company - said that in addition to the collective labor agreements that the company has implemented, the company also has higher welfare policies for employees.

"For the printing industry, it is a toxic industry, so in addition to the problem of employment and income for employees increasing every year, the company is very concerned about social security, welfare, and working conditions" - Mr. Ngo Dai Dong said.

10 years have passed, there are businesses that are honored from the early days of the program, up to now still maintain their performance, continue to be honored, affirming the pioneering role in taking care of the material and spiritual life for employees, next year is higher than the previous year. There are also many newly participated businesses but due to the previous foundation in caring for employees, plus carefully researching the set of criteria of the rankings, it has been selected and ranked honored right from the first participation.

In particular, the program has created an emulation movement among businesses in caring for their most important resource, which is people.

According to Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, over the past 10 years, the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award has had a great influence and inspiration to the business community, from which a emulation movement has appeared of businesses that have made efforts, improved working conditions as well as cared for the interests of union members and employees.

From here, millions of workers have enjoyed better material and spiritual values and working conditions. From here, harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations have been established. Creating an emulation movement in the Vietnamese business community.

In 2024, the Organizing Committee received many documents from businesses. Through a strict selection process, the Organizing Committee selected 67 worthy businesses.

The enterprises that have been honored are truly outstanding enterprises, many of which have persistently pursued the goal of employing workers for many years - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu said.

Mr. Hoang Quang Phong - Vice President of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) highly appreciated the fact that enterprises overcome difficulties in maintaining production and business activities, ensuring jobs for employees and ensuring the requirements for material and spiritual life for employees.

Each enterprise, along with its practical actions, has contributed significantly to promoting the capacity, strengths and enthusiasm of employees. The "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" Award has been strived to find and honor outstanding enterprises throughout the 10-year journey, while affirming that this is not only a title but also a responsibility, a typical example of good and creative experience for each enterprise to apply to itself in building harmonious, substantial labor relations for the enterprise and also for employees.
