Working at Garment Corporation 10, union members and workers always receive practical attention and care from leaders and the Union.

In the 2024 Workers' Month, the Trade Union of Garment Corporation 10 organized a gift giving ceremony of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union to support union members and workers in Garment 10 in difficult circumstances. Accordingly, 76 union members and workers in difficult circumstances were supported, including 26 people at Hanoi headquarters, 34 people at veston Hung Ha Enterprise and 16 people at 888 Company Limited. In particular, Mr. Bach Thang Long - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao - President of the Corporation's Trade Union directly presented gifts.

In addition to supporting gifts, workers are very touched because the Corporation's leaders come to give gifts, visit, share and encourage. This is the motivation for workers to continue striving to complete the task. Also on the month of workers, in addition to giving gifts to workers at the workplace, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Corporation also visited, encouraged and presented gifts to 2 union members with extremely difficult circumstances, Mr. Tran Quoc Hai - A shirt factory, being treated with liver cancer and Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - A shirt factory, being treating rectal cancer ...

Not only taking care of union members and workers, 10 Garment Corporation also takes care of their children. Thereby helping workers feel more secure at work.

Most recently, on the occasion of International Children's Day (1.6), the Population Committee of the Family and Children, the Trade Union, the Youth Union of the Corporation organized gifts to the May 10 workers. Total has 8,056 gifts, worth 281,960,000 VND. The gifts are divided by each level, in accordance with the learning bridge of the children. For example, for level 1 gifts are olive notebooks and 12 -color manual paper; Level 2 is a horizontal play and a ballpoint pen. Gifts do not bring much material value, but show the interest of the Garment TCT Board of Directors for the children of the workers, contributing to encourage them to practice well and achieve higher achievements in learning.

Workers are always assured

The 10 Garment Corporation, formerly a military garment factory located in the Viet Bac battlefield, established in 1946 and honored to welcome Uncle Ho to visit on January 8, 1959; was awarded many noble awards by the Party and State such as the Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Hero of Labor in the renovation period, and the Ho Chi Minh Medal.

Currently, May 10 has 18 member units stretching from Hanoi to Quang Binh with over 12,000 workers who always have jobs and stable income. In reality, this is one of the few enterprises with many welfare facilities serving workers and society. The unit's workers are completely assured because there are kindergartens, health rooms, Long Bien Vocational College, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, dormitories, and workers' cultural activities.

In particular, all rights of employees are guaranteed by the law. 100% of employees are eligible to buy social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, social insurance 24/7... Every year, the Corporation and organizations, including the Trade Union, organize performances, sightseeings, vacations, Tet Sum vay for employees and employees; reward employees and employees on the occasion of the 1/6 International Children's Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival.
