Thai Binh - Tan De Sports Production Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Tan De Company) has just been honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" in 2024. Continuously innovating system governance methods

To achieve the above results, Tan De Company constantly strives to innovate itself in many aspects, including innovating the way of system governance.

Speaking about this, the company's leaders said that they have proactively given autonomy and self-determination to each officer and employee (NLD) through assigning tasks, publicizing and transparently all information from obligations to benefits.

To implement this policy, the company has developed and effectively operated the "Tan De mobile app" application. The application allows leaders and employees to regularly and easily interact from information on production and business situations, assignment of tasks, handling work, resolving social security regimes to benefits, sharing thoughts and aspirations.

Ms. Hoang Thi My Hanh, a worker at Tan De 5 factory, said: "Thanks to the "Tan De mobile app" application, we can look up personal information, check the number of days off, receive monthly salary payment forms, or learn about legal knowledge at any time. Each employee is more autonomous and proactive in receiving information as well as performing their duties, so they feel very excited".

"Recently, we have innovated human resource management with electronic data. All employees' records are digitized and stored on a synchronous, timely updated, and highly secure data management system. Digital transformation in human resource management helps the company accurately and in detail grasp the personal background and strengths of each cadre and worker, thereby assigning appropriate tasks, promoting strengths and abilities to contribute to improving labor efficiency", said a representative of Tan De Company's leadership.

To innovate production, technology, improve the quality of human resources

Mastering advanced production technology is one of the important factors that help businesses increase their competitiveness in finding markets, partners, and signing export production orders.

Therefore, in recent years, Tan De Company has also invested heavily in technology solutions from automating production processes to applying the most modern types of machinery in the garment industry to optimize performance.

Currently, each factory of Tan De Company is invested in a large-sized programming sewing machine system and automated and semi- automated machines for some sewing stages that require high accuracy.

"In parallel with technological innovation, Tan De Company focuses on developing and improving the quality of human resources. Most notably, the Company creates favorable conditions for each employee to study, foster professional capacity, skills, soft skills and promote creativity in work.

In 2023 alone, Tan De Company's employees registered 154 initiatives and technical improvements, of which 88 initiatives were recognized and applied to production, 237 individuals were considered for rewards for their creativity in production", said Mr. Le Tuan Thien - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan De Company.
