Gia Lai - Although rubber prices have fluctuated erratically and have been low for many years, thanks to effective operation and management, Chu Pah Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. has always accompanied, ensured rights and created jobs for thousands of local workers.
On June 24, a representative of Chu Pah Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. (Vietnam Rubber Industry Group) said that for many years, the company has always ensured stable salary and bonus for thousands of workers in Gia Lai province, most of whom are ethnic minorities.
Currently, the total area of rubber managed by Chu Pah Company is 14,050 hectares, of which the area in Vietnam is 9,833 hectares, Cambodia is 4,216 hectares. In 2024, the planned exploitation output is 6,625 tons, the company strives to achieve an output of 6,960 tons (exceeding 5%), with an average yield of 1.597 tons/ha.
In 2024, it is forecasted that Chu patchwork Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. will have basic favorable factors, rubber latex products of the company have been certified with the Product Journey Chain System according to PEFC-CoC, Sustainable Forest Management System according to VFCS/PEFC-FM, so rubber exports can be more favorable.

There is a possibility of a shortage of labor resources due to increased labor competition in the units, weather and climate conditions continue to have unpredictable fluctuations...
The company's average annual workforce is 1,719 people, of which female workers account for 58%, and local workers account for 71%. Prioritizing employment for ethnic minorities contributes to stabilizing the political situation, order, improving and enhancing the lives of people in mountainous areas in Gia Lai.
In 2023, the Reward and Welfare Fund for Employees on the occasion of Holidays and Tet is 23 billion VND. The average income of employees in the whole company is 7.56 million VND/person/month. The company always fully, promptly, to the right subjects and in accordance with State regulations in resolving policies for cadres, employees and employees.
