Company with more than 40,000 employees in Dong Nai considers rewarding children of workers who study well

On May 27, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. just announced to union members and employees about considering rewards for excellent students in the 2025 - 2026 school year.

Accordingly, in order to promptly encourage and motivate the learning spirit of students who are children of union members and employees working at the company, the grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. announces the receipt of dossiers for considering commendation for excellent students in the 2025-2026 school year, for the grassroots trade union to summarize and consider commendation.

This is an annual activity organized by the trade union. In June 2025, the grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. also organized a ceremony to commend more than 9,000 children of employees who studied well and lived well in the 2024-2025 school year. Among them, there are 8,000 children of employees who studied well during the year and about 1,000 children of workers who studied well at all levels.

Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the number of children of employees who study well and live well is increasing.

Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established and officially went into operation in 1995 in Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai city. The company currently has more than 40,000 employees, and is one of the enterprises with the most workers in Dong Nai city.
